Session 3 : Foundations of Leadership - key principles for leadership with impact

Participants will gain a deep understanding of what it means to be a leader, helping them discover their personal leadership style and the fundamental qualities required to inspire, motivate, and lead teams toward success.

Session 4 : Analysis to Action - developing critical thinking and problem-solving techniques

Participants will learn to analyse situations from multiple perspectives, make informed decisions, and develop creative solutions that drive innovation and success.
